Instructions for Use:

1. Lubricate any comfort sleeves. Apply lube to your penis as well.

2. Place your accessory sleeve into the barrel and then insert your erect penis through the ring and into the barrel. The cylinder should remain firmly pressed against the base of your penis / pubic area to keep air from escaping.

3. Slowly start working the pump. There will be slight pressure on your penis as the air is drawn from the tube. For beginners, it is important to start this process slowly to avoid discomfort. Remember to press the safety release valve if the pressure becomes too severe.

4. Keep blowing / releasing the air until you have found a pressure level suitable for your penis. It should be magnified but it shouldn't hurt.

5. Now make sure no air leaks (if necessary) and wait 20 minutes. You may need to pump later during this time to maintain an adequate amount of pressure on the penis.

6. Once the session is complete, your penis should be thicker / longer and more sensitive. These results are effective for up to 24 hours, but you can experience permanent enlargement through long-term use. 3-4 sessions per week are recommended.
